    Hi azeem,

Do you mean instead of updating records? It is creating. If Yes then the link: Episode 9: Bulk Edit Dataverse Records with Excel Online - Arctic IT might be going to help you

    Hi azeem,

There is no way to change the multi-select option set to an option set as per my very little knowledge. You need a new column here.

The first issue is How you are planning to manage the below scenario

Your column is allocated with below multi values:

    1. Option 1
    2. Option 2

When you are going to map it on the new option set column. What value you are going to choose for it?

    1. It is okay to choose anyone from them?
    2. Do you need another column to map the second value?
    3. You do not have this case.

    In a very simple scenario

    1. Create new column
    2. Map column values using excel online.

If I answer your question then please mark it as verified.

Let me know if I can provide you with more details.

    Thanks
