this is one for someone with experience in Twilio.
Certain countries are limited in their SMS usage of Twilio.
In Ireland, we cannot in theory use an Irish number for SMS communications. We can however purchase a 'preview' Irish number and use that instead, this is a number that hasnt been fully tested.
Does anyone know how to change to an Alphanumeric name within Dynamics? Basically, we would like the SMS's to be sent into the receivers inbox, with our company name as the sender insetad of the actual number. I have been in contact with Twilio and they say its an issue within Dynamics.
We can use Twilio easily with a US number but this isnt ideal for our sales and marketing department.
