I am unable to authenticate office email in d365 business central.

Thank you so much issue has been resolved.
Then you need to generate an app password from your Office 365 login using these steps: support.microsoft.com/.../manage-app-passwords-for-two-step-verification-d6dc8c6d-4bf7-4851-ad95-6d07799387e9
Now on Business Central, put your email ID as usual & this App password in the password section (instead of your usual password) and try again. It should now work

Yes Multi-factor Authentication enabled..
Please share the screenshot of the SMTP Setup you've entered?
Also, is the account through which you are logging in, Multi-Factor Authentication enabled?
Even I am using correct outlook email and password.
Could you please more details on error and share setup screenshot?
