GP to Business Central Migration - "Upgrade Failed"

I have done the GP migration to Business Central and the Run Migration Now worked fine and was "ready for upgrade". I ran the "Run Data Upgrade Now", and it came back with "Upgrade Failed", but I have no idea where to go to see why/what happened, or next steps. Any guidance/information on how to find out why it is failing? I am doing this is a sandbox and have gone through and in the Cloud Migration Mangegment, have gone through:
Configure GP Migration, then choose the Run Migration Now. It comes up with showing 48 tables in the run with no failing, and a company not initalized. and it shows "upgrade pending", so I run the "run data upgrade now", and then that runs and comes back as "Upgrade failed", and if I go into the company, no master records or anything have been brought in.
