In my case, it was caused by Mekorma MICR. I migrated GP 2010 to a new server, but I didn't install Mekorma MICR on it (because I need to upgrade GP to GP 2015).
After removing Mekorma MICR from Dynamics.set, I don't get the error any more.
Any update on the resolution? This is a post that is getting a large number of views so we would like to get a confirmed resolution.
This is Mekorma. I had a few issues recently and they contact them to resolve the issue.
I would also try looking in your GP AddIns folder. Create a backup folder there and move all dlls into that folder and launch GP. Then add them back one by one each time launching GP until you find the offending dll.
This seems to be your GP product registration entry error.
Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall GP? This will clean up your GP installation folder and create the new files with default.
Or
Better copy the contents of the GP server application folder and paste it to your local GP application folder.
Note: Before following above steps, make sure you have a back of your local GP application folder.
Hope this helps!!!
Are you using any 3rd party products in your GP application...check the set file. It can happen if some objects or dll's you are using needs to be registered.
