Switch from Automatic Folder creation to Manual Folder creation and vice versa

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi,

In Sharepoint and dynamics CRM on office 365, setting up Server Based Integration, can I start with Automatic Folder and later switch to Manual Folder creation?

Also, is there a way I can control the naming convention(s)?

Thanks,

Ashok

You can reconfigure SharePoint using the samen properties and check the automatic folder creation.

And there's is no real influence on the naming convention. The only thing that can be done is to remove the Guids by setting some hidden config parameter.

Other solutions would require you to build your own custom integration.
