Powerflow that updates account "date of last activity" field set to scope = organization not working for all users

Hello Everyone, 

I have created a flow that updates a custom field of "Date of Last Activity" when a post is made on an account. This field updates properly when I make a post on an account and I am the sole flow owner. I have set the flow to be organizational-wide on the trigger function of create. 

Do I need to do something else besides set the scope to the organization to enable this to perform properly?

  • this photo shows that when user "WB" makes the post it does not update the field but when I went in and posted it did.

    The flow is failing to perform at certain times. It is also working on opporutnities but not on accounts.

    Strange!

    It should work. So flow itself not getting triggered when Post is created by any other user?

    Or flow is getting triggered and it is failing?
