I've seen lots of posts and responses that come close, but none that fully answer what I'm after, I suspect because I'm trying to work across two different apps..
I’m trying to generate a phone call for a customer’s sales rep, whenever a Work Order is created for that customer, with a specific Work Order Type.
I’m hoping a workflow will do it, but not 100% sure on where to start.
