As I could not find a place in http://connect.microsoft.com/directory/accepting-bugs/ , I am reporting a bug here.
When we want to create a workflow for case entity to send an email to 'case owner'; dynamic values in the form assistant only shows 'customer' (Screenshot below). This is in Dynamics 365, check the version number in the screenshot
On the contrary, I am able to perform the same action in the previous version of MS CRM 2016; which shows me a lot many options like customer, contact, owning user, created by etc.
if someone knows a place to report it, do let me know !
