another option would be to set up a local reporting service and a local reporting DB, to set up an SSIS/Scribe job to load data to that DB from CRM, and to schedule a report there (actually, that's, probably, the only really supported option.. all add ons will be exploiting some ways to download reports from CRM online in code.. that kind of approach may or may not keep working in the future versions)
You can't schedule reports in Dynamics CRM Online because you can't have an on-premise SSRS server pointing at CRM Online.
You will need to create a custom workflow activity to do this. Here are few links on how to do this:

Otherwise, you might want to look at purchasing an Add-on that allows you to do just that without coding.
