Event Logs: Best Practice for CRM errors in Operations Management Suite

Good Day community,

We are a CRM Solutions provider and I would like to request assistance on implementing an OMS dashboard for multiple managed CRM installations across various organisations. The resources which I have found include a similar dashboard and add-in pack for SCOM but nothing has come up for OMS.

I wonder if anyone in the community has been successful in crafting a working view in OMS, and also I'd like to find out which logs in the "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\Trace" would need to be pulled for a good and thorough dashboard for all the relevant health checks on the front-end web server, back-end CRM and SQL server.
