Canadian payroll vacation pay setup

can it be setup to do vacation pay at 4% until the employee has been employed for 6 years then automatically switch to 6%?

    Hi Rachel,

    The system has now way to automatically switch the percentage for the vacation pay, as there are too many variables in the game.. Many companies have different reference years for the vacations, which don't necessarily align with the FY and the Payroll calendar.

    Our PR master runs a smartlist or Excel report from time to time to identify employees that reach an employment anniversary and require an update in the card for the vacation and accruals.
