Import Dynamics crm organization from 8.x to 9.x

Hi everyone, 

Is there a way to import Dynamics crm organization 8.x to 9.x 

Please?

I need help please!

    I have 8.2.2.112 and 9.0.2.3034 in differents server. And de import is fail

    What you suggest please ?

    Hi Haroun,

    There is no way to import Dynamics crm organization from 8.x to 9.x directly.

    You need to build up v9.x environment first, then import the backup of version 8.x to set up the environment in v9.x again.

    If you are using 8.0 or 8.1, you need to upgrade them to 8.2 latest version first.
