New field can't be created by Dynamics

We are trying to import data into the sales hub and we have custom fields that need to be added to dynamics. Dynamics allowed me to create a new field for the /Lead Source/,

but as you can see in the screenshot below, dynamics does not seem to be able to create a new field that we mapped.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
