I have a web resource which Display a field in a different way (with Auto complete)
Now I want that, if the database field, where the value is to be saved, a Business required field, that my web resource also act like such.
How to do this ?

My web resource is dynamic. So I can enter in the parameter the target field name.
Since its generic, I want that my web resource also handle the business required logic, so if the target field is a business required, that my web resource handle it as such.

What we get from your question is that you have created a web resource and in that a field is there which has auto complete feature and that value you are storing on another field which is on CRM form. Now you want to make the field as mandatory in the web resource so that before saving the form it should validate if the field is mandatory then not to allow saving.
Please also clarify if you need this for create or for update.
What if the business required rule is set with a business rule ? Are there no property on xrm.page i can use for this ?

You should be able to implement this through java script you can read metadata information of the field and check if it is required, make your field required. you can use SAOP call to get metadata.
