My team and I configuring security for dynamics 365 customer engagement. Assigning security privileges to a user in the child business unit is non-responsive.
We decided to use the salesperson role as an inherited role from the parent business unit since inherited roles cannot be modified.When all salesperson privileges(create,read,write,delete etc. . .) are disabled for leads entity (including the business unit salesperson belongs too), the user(salesperson) is still able to view all the leads for all business units, which is strange.
How can we solve this problem?
