Sales Order Return Process

Dear ALL;

i am trying to reverse a sales order , after searching i came to the conclusion that i can not create credit note directly i have to create return order.

Once i am creating the return order, and once i click on find sales order, i am not able to see the sales order in the drop down list

Can Somebody please explain why my sales order are not displaying in the list..

    Hi,

    In the return order form there is a search button on the top of the form.

    Have you tried making use of this button/functionality that you can find in the Return order/Return/Find sales order section?

    Hi - the sales order which you are trying to process return has been invoiced already. please check once.
