Hi guys Im currently working on RMS customization. But i have a very little knowledge of it.Customization guide is confusing.I wanted to customize store operation manager. The concept is when adding new item in store operation manager i have to set some of the fields as mandatory.how can i achieve this. Please i need advice on this.

all addins are com objects.
Also look up SaveItem hook in the customization guide. That is the best place to start.. Works for new items and changes to items.

What u said is correct. But Dynamics RMS doesnt give an easy option like this. we have to write a addin with hooks...The clarification or idea what i need is how to write this customization and deploy in Dynamics RMS store operation manager??.
Before submitting, check each mandatory fields (or use validator) if supplied then show error when not properly filled out.
