I have owned DB navision 2009, and users are working normally, but I can not back up from the application and I get this error
The following message was received from the server
The operating system returned the error (1): Function
Nor let me copy the file. Bdf.

There can be several reasons for this, could you copy the error message and paste it here for us to see
(You can make sure the message is selected and Control+C to copy the text in the message, then Control+V to paste just the text)
Very important though, are you still able to make a SQL backup in case this relates the hardware failure, you should get a backup stored on a different machine
