Is it possible to select different report template for different purpose ?
Purchaser order with different heading and columns for different purposes.
As I know, it is not possible

You can have custom report templates, and you can assign those templates to customers / suppliers. So if you want a different template based on customer / supplier, you can.
Not sure about the different purposes though.
