Hi all,

In Opportunity form I need to change Service type to Business Unit and I need to change drop down from previous options to to given options in option set -I have done up-to this.

question is they are asking to Map one option set that is CO to DCCI.

how to map this???any idea will suggested will be verified.

Hi Sandeep

You must have created a background workflow thats y it's not working quick. Real time workflow will also work on save.

Would u mind creating a business rule on case with same conditions

if opportunity:service type= CO

THEN UPDATE -set properties when we click on Business unit=DCCI{selected}

It doesn't seems correct to me

You are checking value in business unit as co and you are updating business unit as dcci

It has to be two different fields

Add step>>update opportunity >> service type equals dcci

Change scope of your workflow to organisation from user

Create a workflow on opportunity, trigger it on change of the field (whichever optionset)

Check condition if option set 1 = CO

update opportunity option set 2= DCCI

make it a real time workflow for quicker results
