Hi!

Nice to meet you.

Firts of all, sorry for my english...

Second one´s about my doubt...

I want to automate the billing of my company.

I have created a report to know what is the number of hours that my company does to each of the active cases.

The cases are creates new every month, and at the end of the mont, they are resolved.

Well, i would like for example, that on the 25ht of each month, the aforrementioned report, Will be executed alone, and send me a email with the report of each of the cases that have been resolved.

Hi,

If you are using CRM on prem, you can consider one of the feature in SSRS.

Hi,

You can use some options like

1. Inhouse developed utility using workflow to run after 25 days and run report and send email as attachment.

2. You can use Flow to do the same.

3. You can look for the addons available in the market for the same.
