D365FFO on-premises business events with power automate

Hi All,

i have used email approval from emails using power automate successfully with cloud enviornments, i need to do the same with on-premises, Microsoft has confirmed this can be done using azure service bus, have anyone done it before? or at least can guide us how to use azure service bus to connect to power automate..

My first thought would be the on-prem gateway: docs.microsoft.com/.../gateway-reference

I have no experience with this myself.

Hi ludwig,

i have installed and configured power automate desktop with on-premises gateway, but it seems it is only used for desktop RPA, i have successfully used email approval workflow for finance and operations on cloud power automate but it seems it does not work for power automate desktop, do you have please any insights about it ?
