Recurrence Editor in Field Service App

Hi,

What is the alternative for the Recurrence editor inside the agreement booking setup inside the UCI as I'm not able to find the button, is this a bug or they introduce a new feature

I didn't see the button in our production environment so I reset checked on a new environment and also it didn't exist

    Abood,

    Try going to the field service app, not the field service resource app.  That app you’re on is for resources who wouldn’t have access to generate recurrence.

    the issue is, the agreement booking setup form is in our solution, and now once we are migrating to the UCI forms, we didn't find all Field Service Solution buttons

    for the production we still in version: 7.5.6.97, but also I tested on a newly created instance with Field Service version: 7.5.8.93

    We experienced i.e. the button Convert to Work Order on Case form was missing in FS 7.5 but in 8.x it was there. So maybe you can check after upgrade to 8.x once again.
