Is there a standard default Smartlist for Fixed Assets or does this need to be built through Smartlist builder? If there is a standard, it is not showing. How can I turn this feature on?

If you do have SmartList Builder you can download some templates from the Reports section of Customer/PartnerSource.

    Lorie Dalley,

Can you double check that Fixed Assets is not listed in the Smartlist option window in category drop down? This list is not alphabetically sorted. In my test environment, Fixed Assets is listed in the Smartlist option window, even when it is installed.

    1. Verify that Fixed Assets is properly installed on your machine. Are other windows related to Fixed Assets visible on your machine like Depreciate, Retire? You can also confirm that Fixed Assets is listed in the Edit Launch File Window.

    2.   Is Fixed Assets module is registered? Make sure check box next to Fixed Assets is checked on?

Thanks Rubal.  I do currently use Smartlist for all basic GP modules including Field Services.  All of the defaults are included except Fixed Assets.  I searched in various places including Smartlist options but the Fixed Asset categories don't seem to be listed.  I even checked in security tasks where the product is Smartlist and the type is Smartlist objects but the Fixed Asset information is not there either.  Do you know what I am missing?

    Hi,

There are default smart lists for Fixed Assets. You can start with checking if you have permission to access them. Try logging in with sa user and check if you can access the Smartlist.
