online store payment issue

I have created a new online store in AX7 and trying to create an online order however on trying card payment i get the following error.

Sorry, something went wrong.  please try again later.
The payment connector configured for my online store is the test connector 
Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    It only support deploy eCommerce on Tier 2 + ENV now. Please make sure you use Tier 2 ENV to deploy the eCommerce.

    Have you setup the payment service for your ENV?  And have you setup the test payment connector at your online store?
