Tracking unsubscribes relating to 'DO NOT BULK EMAIL' in Dynamics 365 Marketing Emails

Hi there,

We've been using Dynamics marketing for a few months now are struggling to correctly report of the number of unsubscribes for each marketing email.

From what I can see, unsubscribing from all email linking to the field DO NO BULK EMAIL is not tracked within the email reporting. At the moment I'm creating a segment for each send and tracking the number of DNBEs associated with it. This is very time-consuming and can only be done when it's the last email sent.

Is there an easier way around this? It's very difficult to give quick accurate reporting on all unsubscribes this way.

Hi Jack,

Determining the number of "do not bulk email" per email is difficult,

it is directly related to the fields on the contact.

Subscription lists may help you to identify users who are unchecked, but identifying which emails to start unchecking is not possible.
