Dear Expert,
I used Budget Control in PO.
For The Example:
PO-123:
Item A : 20 Qty , Price : 1000, Line Amount : 20.000
In Budget Control for that FinDim, Encumbrance 20.000
Actual :
I'm only Receipt 10 and then Invoice, Encumbrance become 10.000
and then
I'm cancel qty Delivery remainder to make the PO close / Invoice status.
But when I check the Encumbrance in Budget Control still have 10.000 according the PO-123.
How to make the 10.000 in Encumbrance can be gone because the PO already close with Cancel Quantity Delivery Remainder
