Bulk assign Security Roles to large user population

I am familiar with XRM Toolbox and have used it for smaller scale bulk adds, but we have a situation where we need to add a newly created Security Role to 1000's of users.

Is there any way this can be done?  .csv imports or PowerShell?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Hi, 

    You will be able to use a cloud flow of power automaton with an excel that contains your users and their associated roles.
