We are using web API to read data from Dynamics FO system. We'd like to retrieve deep links for record in the result. Is there existing API to get this information?

No, there is not a standard API to do that.

Just shooting from the hip here but assuming it's a standard table, you could add a deep link field to your table and add the deep link field to the tables data entity. If there is no data entity for the table, you can create one of course. The data of field doesn't have to be actually stored in the table because you can add a virtual field in the data entity which creates the link during run time.
Depending on your requirements and a lot of other things, you could use Business Events. Whenever a record is created in your table, the Business Event is triggered and the Business Event logic creates and sends the deep link via a HTTP call to an endpoint that you 'own' somewhere. You will have to have an end point to handle the deep link calls from Finance & Operations in Power Automate or something like that.
