Hi,
I could not find the clean-up feature of open Purchase orders in D365. I know since AX 2012, we could not delete posted POs. I am assuming it should be fine to delete open POs, is that correct?

Hi, do you have workflow setup in PO? do you see PO delete option enabled or grayed out?
Yes, workflow is setup. And delete option is grayed out.

I don't think you can delete these orders. You can cancel them however.
Hi, PO is other than Draft state can not be deleted.
Make request change and make it to draft, try to delete.
When change management is active for a purchase order and it got approved, it is not possible to delete it. Like mentioned above, you can cancel it.
When change management is activated, once PO is approved PO version document is created. you can check it under Manage -> History -> View purchase order versions.
Once a version is created you cannot delete the PO, you must cancel the PO.
If PO is in Review and you recall it(from workflow) then status becomes Draft. you can delete the such POs when in 'Draft' status.
