Hi Everybody,

I need to put a process for a business unit:

They want to Export contacts based on "their business unit or Sales Rep " (field will be create in the contact entity).
these contacts will be Updated by the Sales Rep during the show that they are attending (email, phone, title, etc ...) and Added new contacts as needed
Re-import these contacts into the CRM by adding an Appointment also (name and date predetermined, status completed).

Is there any way to do this ?

Hi..

You can do that.. but user need to do some steps.

To export data based on business unit or sales rep.. you can create advanced find view / system view, and user will export data.

User will update required information into Excel during show or add new contacts.

Using CRM data import, you can import excel which will update existing contact with updated information and will create new contacts.

You might need to create some flag in contact entity, when to create appointment, during data import you can set that flag in excel and then create workflow to create appointment based on this flag.

hope this will give you some idea.
