I work with CRM Dynamics 2015 on premise and Office 365 Cloud with CRM for Outlook complement in cache mode.
I have sync issues with messages of duplicated records. I found that these are due to autosaved copies of the drafts messages.
I have disabled this option for autosaving drafts in Outllok and once done, it seems to work, but after a while error messages start again.
I have already cleaned caches, deleted ost and tried to avoid message poping up but with no luck.
Any ideas or auggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.
