make a Post in Lead, but after qualifying the post is gone

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

I create a Lead.

In this new Lead I add a Post.

I save this and after that I qualify the Lead.

When I go to Opportunity and select the one I just created, the posts are gone.

Can not find it anymore

You can create workflows to copy lead activity feeds to opportunities

Or you can create a plugin

    Hi Glenn,

I hope I'm not going to be banned for providing names on the forum. I'm using Power One View from Power Objects and it works great for me.

    Hi Glenn

its not gone, its on the wall of lead and not opportunity. If you click on 'Qualify stage' of business process flow, you go back to lead form and see it there. This is the default behaviour of CRM

    Hi Glenn,

If you are referring to the posts in the social pane, these will not be passed over to Opportunity. I'm using a 3rd party addon to show these.
