As error message suggest, It seems Dimension Code - Department is mandatory for G/L Account 50100002.
This mean, you need to select the dimension code in each & every lines, if not selected already.
Also consult finance team to check the following.
1) Is Posting Setup (account no. 50100002) correct?
2) Department Code should be mandatory for this account or not?
If both the setups are correct, select the dimensions in the journal lines so that you can post the journal.
