Hi All,

I am wondering that, aggregate products and aggregate products for printing toggles are not working in MPOS screen, my setting on functionality profile as below. when I scanned the same product multiple times, product appear on separate lines but it should be one line with qty increase.

Based on the configuration you have shown, it should work. The ISO field has been left blank, ISO is an important aspect of the functionality profile that enables/disables certain functionalities. Can you enter  'US'  in the ISO, push 1070 to the channel DB, and give it a try?

Yes, I do the same as you mentioned, i entered US in ISO field, but issue not resolved.

It is working for me on the latest version of the Commerce App and CSU (10.0.31).  Do you have any customizations/extensions?

Yes it is customized build on CSU (10.0.27).

First thing to do is ensure that your functionality profile data has synced to channel via CDX jobs.

If it is, then you can use a network capture tool like Fiddler to capture the network trace when adding these cart lines. You will see and API call like .../Commerce/Carts('your cart id')/AddCartLines?...

Now, you can compare the cart lines in the cart to see what is different among the two lines. It could be something like serial number that is not displayed on your UI but is different in each line preventing cart lines from being aggregated. Also, please note that some properties like line number are expected to be different and are not the reason for lines not getting aggregated.

Please keep us posted on whether this helps. Thanks
