Is it possible to process a return for a customer that shipped out of /location A/ and returned to /location B/?  We're consolidating warehouses and are trying to figure out a solutions for returns on orders that shipped out of the old warehouse but will be returned to the new location.
I have the same question (0)

    Hy,
    this should work.
When you have created the Return order you need to idenfiy the original Sales order. When you have found that on choose your return quantity and the original sales line will be overtaken to the Return order line.
On this step the original LotID is used to identfy the item and now you can change the receiving site/warehouse on the Return order line and you can process the Return order as usual

    Hope this helps.

    Herzliche Grüße / kind regards,
