How is the contact communication card configured?

Hi folks,

Getting varying results with what fields appear on the communication card for a contact in the mobile app.

In the example below, the 'no' refers to a custom field that we have on some of our forms (but not the one we view in the mobile app) and the phone number called will prioritise home > business > mobile (in that order depending on which fields contain data).

1. How does the communication card determine which fields are displayed so that a. I can remove the custom field in the example here and b. add something else (for example 'occupation').

2. Is it possible to determine which telephone number should take priority so that, for example, it could be set to use a mobile number if one is present over a home number?
