Hi,
I cannot Delete billing rule in the project contract ID. The field is grey.
Can anyone help me?
I think you have project associated with this contract and billing rule which has posted transactions.
In that case it might not allow you to delete.
How can I check this? I have reproduced the rule on Sandbox, posted some hours and I still can removed the billing rule.
Did you also billed these hours? Against the same project contract? You can see projects used against this billing rule in last tab on same form
