Hi subashini,
Accountants usually run the vendor / customer balances reports that you can find in AP and AR.
Those balances are then compared with the balance that you can find on the vendor / customer summary accounts in the trial balance.
If the amounts match, your reconciliation is ok. Otherwise, a detailed investigation is required.
