I need to know how can I open an activity form(email) in Outlook from Crm dynamics 365??

Hi, thanks for the replay.

i think its not about the configuration. I have a link in email activity(in the body) and in the click of it I want to open outlook populating some fields of outlook with the fields of crm..

Hi Casey21,

Use Dynamics 365 App for Outlook while you’re using Outlook on the desktop, web, or phone. When App for Outlook is installed you can use the Dynamics 365 pane to link and track Outlook emails and appointments to records in your app.

You can click on this button to open the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook panel on the right-hand side of your Outlook application.
