After the update when i want to print a pro forma receipt of a service order it only shows half of the page. Is there a new option/feature that cuts the print preview?

I consulted this problem with the IT area, they told me that was an update that is affecting how the pro forma is built, but they did not specified so i assumed it was a dynamics's update.
