FRx Migration to Management Reporter 2012

Hello,

I am migrating FRx reports to Management Reporter 2012. I have done this a number of times and have not run into this issue before. I followed all of the data preparation steps in the migration guide before transferring the reports.

The migration/validation process seems to go through without an issue. However, when we open a row definition in MR, there is no information in the "Link to Financial Dimensions" . They have a few hundred reports, so this would be very time consuming to manually repair.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to what might be causing this information to not migrate? Any suggestions on how to resolve?

Row definitions not linked to a Catalog will not migrate the account information (link to FD). I found this out the hard way.

Also make sure that all row definitions are part of a Catalog, and that the catalog is set to a company and not '@ANY''

Thank you for the reply. They do not have any security enabled in FRx. It's bizarre, around 7 of the 100+ row definitions transferred properly.

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Do they have the Rows password protected or any security turned on in FRX? If so that all needs to be removed prior to migrating.
