Store Commerce APK on Android - How to use Inbuilt Printer

We are implementing D365 commerce for POS billing. We are also planning to deploy D365 Androind APK on Payment device (Mosambee MPOS Terminal - Similar to Adyen Payment Terminal). we deployed the APK and also did the integration with Payment APIs. Which is working fine.
I am wondering if someone tried to print the invoice from the inbuilt printer.
Conceptually, we can use Hardware station and we can take invoice print from any other Thermal printer. But, how to take the print from same printer.

Please help on this.

Thanks

You need to check and find which driver does the inbuilt printer support. Based on the documentation the embedded Hardware station in Store Commerce mobile can be used for peripherals over the network. There is no mention of having any option to connect to the printer locally (hard-wired, Bluetooth, etc).

Hello. Unfortunately, Store Commerce app will not print directly to the onboard printer for that device. Enabling that printer would require a hardware station customization that isn't yet possible on Store Commerce for Android. However, we will be releasing an extensibility model for the mobile apps in this release wave - it will be available in GA in Q3 of 2024. Thank you.

Hi Stuart, it will be good to have some option to show the print services configured on the Android device so that it will work the same way  "device" works on Windows which will show the print prompt where a user can select a printer.
