I created a survey with a variable on the first name.
I have correctly indicated the technical name of the field but nothing is displayed when I send the survey to a contact via Dynamics for Marketing.
Do you know why the variable is not working in my survey?

Customer Voice personalization is not currently available in Dynamics 365 Marketing.
You can upvote the corresponding Idea.

When i send this survey via DFM, the first name doesn't display but via Customer Voice this is displayed.
Do you know why ?
