How to update the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations version to latest environment

I have LCS Installed product version : Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (8.1) and I want to update it to 10.0. How to update to latest environment.

Please follow documentation docs.microsoft.com/.../appupdate-80-81

But if you are on 8.1 there is no upgrade as such, you can just install latest update available and that's it.

Actually from 8.1 to 10.0 you only need to apply the MS binary update from LCS to your environment. No other tasks needed.

If you don't see the update in your LCS Asset library -> Software deployable packages, click Import in the Software deployable packages list to import it from Shared asset library to your project asset library. Then you can apply it into your environments.
