When remote user is sharing files even of around 70 KB it is not able to load the image at HoloLens user end

During a call from Guides to a Teams user, when remote user is sharing files with the HoloLens user, even of around 70 KB size, it is not able to load the image at HoloLens user end. It is throwing error as - Not Enough memory to load the file. Please try closing other files, or use a smaller size file. This is the smallest size file I am trying to upload but still it is unable to load the image for the HoloLens user. Also there are no other files opened other than 3D models in the Guides step
