IDMF 2.0 - MasterDataSync stuck in 'Running'

I was running a MasterDataSync in our test environment and it is currently stuck in 'Running'. The table that still shows status 'Running' also has a Start time and End time, but it never updated the Rows inserted or Rows updated or the status. Because the overall 'Last Run Result' is 'Running', I do not have any options to revert or restart the scheduled job. What is the best way to clear that job so I can kick off a new master data sync ?

I was excited to see a relatively recent post re: IDMF 2.0.
Then realized it was my own question from a few months ago. It had never received an answer, but we had eventually figured it out on our own.
Now we have a new issue, when testing the ByFiscalPeriod archive a query to gather data for the summation tables is looking for DataAreaID in a set of joined tables where it does not exist. In each field there is a similar field, such as DirParty.DataArea, or Ledger.Company. But the query appears to be created on the fly, so there is no way for us to edit it to match on an existing field. As it never matches the field, an error is generated, data is never removed from the production tables, temporary archive tables are never deleted, and the archive job fails every single time.
