Set new cases to default priority level normal

Whenever a new case is created via email the default priority level should set to normal as a default. 

Please explain how I can go about doing this, I am new to CRM Dynamics.

    Hello Kechi,

    You can register a workflow on create of Case record and using Update Component of the workflow you can set the Priority level.
