Let's say when you were installing GP 2010 you neglected to check either of these boxes. How would then get back to this screen to install them after the fact? Is there some other way of installing them?

You don't need to get back to this exact window, as once GP 2010 is installed, you can access the same items at Tools | Setup | System | Reporting Tools Setup. Here you can deploy both the Reporting Services reports and Excel reports.
